Custom-Made Products
All Balangkas products are custom-made to your unique design specifications. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match your submitted design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund
Please include photos of the defect or issue when contacting us.
Platform Purchases
Orders placed through Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop are covered by their respective buyer protection and refund policies. You may file a return/refund request directly through the platform where you purchased.
