Balangkas is a custom product design platform based in the Philippines. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are made-to-order based on your custom designs.
  • Orders are placed and fulfilled through our partner platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). Each platform's terms and buyer protection policies apply.
  • Prices displayed on our website are indicative. Final pricing is determined at the point of purchase on the selected platform.

3. Custom Designs

  • You retain ownership of photos and content you upload.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for producing your ordered product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content that you do not own.

4. Shipping

  • We offer free shipping within the Philippines on all orders.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location and platform. Most orders within Metro Manila are delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping terms are subject to the policies of the fulfillment platform.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since all products are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a defect or error in production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Returns and refunds processed through Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop follow their respective policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, branding, and software are the property of Balangkas and are protected under Philippine intellectual property laws. Map data is provided by third-party map tile providers and is used under their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

Balangkas is provided "as is." We make every effort to ensure accurate color reproduction and print quality, but slight variations may occur between screen display and the final printed product. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our website beyond the value of your order.
